FOSTER - The 7th annual Memorial Flag Ceremony will be held on Thursday, Sept. 11, 6:30 p.m., at Borders Farm, 31 North Road.

Participating in the ceremony will be the Foster Boy Scout Troop 101, speakers and a soloist. The ceremony is a patriotic event of remembrance for innocent victims, fallen heroes, and those who are serving to protect freedom.
