JOHNSTON - The North Central Chamber of Commerce announced that it has more than 25 members participating in "Shape Up R.I.," an initiative of the State of Rhode Island to promote health and fitness amongst Rhode Islanders.

The team is comprised of many businesses in the area including Apple Valley Insurance Agency, Boys & Girls Club, Cherry Hill Manor, Cox Business Services, Eastwood Renovation Concepts, Franklin Bank, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Office Depot, Precision Craft Dental Laboratory, Robitaille Family Chiropractic, Seniors on the Move, Shaw's Supermarkets, Sovereign Bank, The Little Gym and Wishes Under Wrap.

The team members will not only be exercising independently but also as a team.
