PAWTUCKET - The Diabetes Support Group, an ongoing group of individuals with Type I or Type II diabetes, will meet at Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, Sept. 3, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., in Sayles Conference Rooms 2 and 3. The support group meets regularly on the first Wednesday of each month.

The members of the Diabetes Support Group are encouraged to share experiences and learn about diabetes management from each other. A registered, licensed dietitian coordinates the group.

Learn how to prevent catching the flu and what to do if you should become ill. Participants will also prepare a sample sick day box.
