SMITHFIELD - The annual plant and bake sale at Georgiaville Baptist Church, 100 Farnum Pike, is set for Saturday, May 17, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine.

Geraniums and other annuals and perennials will be sold. Home-baked goodies will be available too.

Arrive early to get the best selection.

Specific plants can be ordered by calling 568-4412 by Sunday, May 11. All money raised will be used to support programming for children and youth.
