Donna M. Mignacca, 49, of North Providence passed away Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2008, at Newport Hospital.
Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Beatrice (Paquette) Mignacca. She leaves her children, Frank Polke of North Providence and Brandon Izzi and Dylan Izzi of East Providence; her twin sister, Deborah Capece of Smithfield and Kathleen Mignacca of Hingham, Mass.; and three brothers, Robert Mignacca of Johnston, Alfred Mignacca Jr. of Lincoln and Richard Mignacca of North Attleboro, Mass.
Her funeral and burial will be private.
